something new... and picture

As if I have time for this, but I need a new hobby and haikus seemed the thing at the moment. I'm too late for the prompt on Delicious Fall, but I wrote in my head anyways on Monday as I drove to Smithers, attended on both sides by blazing golden trees. It reminds me of Fall in Ontario... brilliant colour and crisp mornings... not like in Vancouver where the incessant rain turns everything brown and soggy...

So here it is, my first haiku...

On frosty mornings
Hills of green, yellow, orange, red
Warm the way of Fall
