things I'd rather be doing...

than watching it snow (sigh, yet again)

- sip cocktails beachside at any tropical resort, preferably here:
The Buccaneer Resort

- or, because we're still paying off the complete kitchen renovation, dream about going to resorts like this

- remind myself that Spring is only 4 months away

- try not to cry

- wish people a Happy New Year, which I haven't done yet. It's only January 5, and it seems as if the New Year is an old one already... or atleast the holidays are. I'm back at work, and I forget that it was only 4 days ago. I've been talking to people around town, and everyone has asked me, "So how was your Christmas?" Surprised, I think Christmas? Christmas? that was ages ago, why are you asking me about it now still?
And then I remember that it wasn't even two weeks ago...

- think about my Christmas, which consisted of 2 days of packed family time... very fun, but way too short

- watch Neil Diamond sing on Oprah... what would have made it better? Watching Neil Diamond and Bono sing together on Oprah

- think about the great meal I'm going to make for supper, then decide on pizza

- talk to my mother-in-law (phone rang, gotta go)
